HISTORY OF DALE "THE MIRROR" STANWYCZ

On August 29, 1998, the four most powerful e-feds in the world were
brought together: The IWL, the NWF, the OWC and the DCWL joined
to create the UWAC (Universal Wrestling Alliance Corporation). Commisioner Jon-Paul D�cosse met the media to announce a tournament would be held to determine the first UWAC Universal Champion. A spectacular PPV extravaganza was scheduled to take place on September 20: CORONATION CELEBRATION. Eight superstars, two from each fed, were chosen to compete for the Universal Belt, believed to weigh over 40 lbs. of pure gold.

The DCWL chose Jos� Garc�s as its first pick, considering his enormous talent and experience. Dale "The Mirror" Stanwycz was the second one. With just three weeks before CC, Dale decided to mix up with DCWL enthusiasts across the nation in hopes of getting their support, and launched the historic REFLECTIONS OF THE FUTURE tour. The tour visited various locations, from Edinburgh to Omaha to Chicago to New York City, naming a few. DCWL fans of all ages closed by, curious about this zany, magnetic man and had a chance to see him work out, ask him all sort of questions and knowing him better before the upcoming event. In a bizarre turn of events, Dale invited DCWL Reporter Jody Slate to join the tour - ignoring the fact she was actually Jos� Garc�s's girlfriend! When CORONATION CELEBRATION arrived, Dale and Jos� went after each other's throats immediately. After a long, hard fought battle, Dale reversed one of Jos�'s finishers and powerbombed him for the three-count! Dale was to represent DCWL in the fatal-four way finale against Ronald Hess, Maurice Henri and General Pentagon!

Less than two hours later, the final match started. As soon as it began, Dale got a head start by crashing a table on Henri's skull. With him and "Golden Boy" Hess virtually knocked out of action, the match went down to IDP and Stanwycz. Both men battled courageously, taking their fight back to the dressing rooms, where they pummeled each other with every imaginable object, from steel buckets to mops and even toilets! Pentagon busted Dale open, but the smaller Stanwycz caught the IWL Legend off guard and, in a second, rolled him up for the 1-2-3! Dale "The Mirror" Stanwycz was the new UWAC Universal Champion! However, he was severely injured and had again to be rushed to the local hospital after fighting the match of a lifetime.
